WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Locker and towel rentals are available onsite.
  • Outside food, drinks, or glass are not allowed.
  • Proper swimwear is required. Loose clothing like abayas and dishdasha aren’t allowed in the water. Bag checks may occur.
  • No regular diapers are allowed in pools or attractions. Swim diapers are available in gift shops.
  • Pregnant or have health conditions? Consider your participation.
  • You must understand safety instructions in English.
  • Dolphin Bay/Sea Lion bookings are moved to Aquaventure Waterpark voucher, valid for 1 month.
  • Aquaventure Super Pass: Redeem ticket at Aquaventure first, keep wristband for Lost Chambers.
  • Expect longer queues during peak seasons. Consider buying Aqua Xpress for quicker access.

Age Policy

  • Kids under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+).
  • Maximum 3 kids per adult.
  • If you're taller than 3 feet 11 inches, buy an adult ticket.
  • If you're shorter than 3 feet 11 inches, buy a child ticket.

Opening Hours

  • Aquaventure Waterpark: Open 10 AM to 6 PM.
  • Aquarium: Super Pass/Lost Chambers Pass holders can visit between 10 AM - 1 PM to avoid crowds.
Cancelation Policy

  • Atlantis aquaventure tickets cannot be cancelled, transferred or refunded.
