Tour Plan

To minimize regret, it is strongly encouraged to book tickets in advance for this activity. At The Top is one of the trendiest hotspots in Dubai, and rapid access tickets are exclusive each day.

The first observation deck is on the 148th floor, where you can enjoy the views for 30 minutes. After the time expires, you can continue your views from the 2nd observation deck on the 124th and 125th floors.

To access the At the Top Burj Khalifa experience, guests should head to the Lower Ground floor (LG) of Dubai Mall, following the signs for At the Top. Tickets can be collected from the main At the Top counter. After collecting, guests should proceed to the attraction and present their printed ticket.

Children aged 4-8 are applicable for child fare, while children aged 3 and under can enter for free.

A luggage storage room is available for visitors to store baby strollers and important items.

Lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, and any sharp items are not accepted inside the attraction.

Tickets for Burj Khalifa Sky can be secured up to 120 days in advance.

Access to the outdoor areas at Levels 124 and 125 may be limited during bad weather conditions. The decision to restrict access or close the attraction entirely due to inclement weather is solely at the discretion of Burj Khalifa.

OPENING HOURS

  • The highest demand periods are 9:00AM to 6:00PM.
  • At the Top Burj Khalifa offers tourists every day from 9:00AM to 11:00PM on weekdays, from 5:00AM to Midnight on weekends getaway.
  • Making a reservation for At the Top Sky Burj Khalifa starts at 9:00AM daily, with the closing entry at 10:00PM.

Cancelation Policy

  • We realize that plans can switch. If you find that you can no longer attend your Burj-Al-Arab experience, please ensure that you must cancel your ticket through call or message at least 72 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund. Unfortunately, if you forget to cancel your appointment, we are not able to refund your payment.
