Tour Plan

Bring a valid ID for each person to validate your booking.

Winter Wonderland Ski Dubai:

  • Monday-Friday: 10 AM - 12 AM (last entry 10:30 PM)
  • Saturday-Sunday: 9 AM - 12 AM (last entry 10:30 PM)

Opening hours for Ski Dubai may change during holidays or events.

Helmets are a must for kids under 13.

Availability: Call 600 599905 to confirm.

Bring a valid ID. Entrance is only possible with a valid identification card or passport.

A refundable deposit of AED 25 will be collected per person for an Access Card at the Winter Wonderland Ski Dubai counter.

  • Kids under 2 years cannot enter Ski Dubai for safety reasons.
  • Kids under 14 years need adult supervision (16+).

You must sign a health and safety waiver. Non-compliance leads to cancellation without a refund.

  • No changes or refunds for same-day bookings in winter wonderland ski Dubai.
  • We understand that plans change. Just let us know 48 hours in advance about the free cancellation.
  • No changes or refunds for cancellations within 48 hours or no shows, especially for lessons and Penguin Encounters.
  • Rescheduling within 24 hours for an AED 50 fee per person will be applicable.
