A private drive takes you to and from Lisaili in a 4-wheel drive car.
If you join Driver Experiences, there is a security deposit of AED 5,000. This sum is kept for safety and returned when all activities finish, unless there is a loss.
Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Due to the desert's fluctuating temperatures, we recommend dressing in layers to ensure your comfort.
We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat to make your trip more comfortable.
Please share any dietary restrictions or preferences in advance, either via WhatsApp or through the provided form.
Please inform us of any existing medical conditions prior to your trip. We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable experience for all our guests.
Age Policy
- Minimum Age: 5 years old.
- Adult: 10+ years.
- A private vehicle must be booked for children aged between 2-5, or under 135cm, and details shared with our team at the time of booking
Cancelation Policy
- We understand that plans can change. If they do, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your activity. We will not be able to process refunds for bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before your activity starts.
- Full payment for your booking is required at least two days prior to your activity. If payment is not received before the expected date, we reserve the right to cancel your activity.
- The Dune Buggy Adventure and Evening Desert Safari depend on good weather. Bad weather might require us to change the plans or sometimes stop the activity completely. We really try to inform you about any modifications ahead of time.
- Also, sometimes special situations might require us to change the Evening Desert Safari schedule or postpone it. We keep the right to decide such actions and will provide early notice when possible.
