Know Before You Go

For Glass-Bottom Boat Rides, make your way to Underwater Zoo on Level 2. Rides depart every 10 to 20 minutes. With a capacity of 10 people per boat. Departure time is subject to availability.
For Ultimate Experience and Penguin Encounter packages, children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (15+ years old).
Not applicable for children below 2 years of age.
Not applicable for pregnant guests.
For General Admission, children under 2 years of age free of charge.
Visitors in wheelchairs are welcome. To avail of support, please contact any Guest Service Desk in the Dubai Mall. Wheelchairs are provided free of charge.
