The tour is not suitable for individuals with chronic back pain, heart conditions, or serious medical concerns.
• Guest Preparation: Light clothing for the afternoon and warm layers for nighttime are essential. Bring comfortable shoes, sunscreen, personal essentials, and a camera to capture the desert sunset, starlit sky, and sunrise.
• Refund & Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancel within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund
  • Bookings become non-refundable after 24 hours
  • Rescheduling is possible after 24 hours with a 25% rebooking fee, subject to availability
  • No refunds for no-shows or missed tours
