Cancellation Window

  • You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations must be made through our official contact channels (email or hotline).

No Refund After 24 Hours

  • Once 24 hours have passed after booking, all payments are non-refundable.
  • This policy applies to all tours, activities, and special packages.

Rescheduling Policy

  • If you wish to reschedule your tour after 24 hours, you may do so by paying an additional 25% of the total booking amount.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

Missed Tours or No-Shows

  • If you fail to show up on the scheduled date and time, your booking will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
