    Comfortable dressing is recommended.

  • Age and Health

    • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
    • Participants must weigh between 50 kg and 100 kg and be between 130 cm and 210 cm tall.
    • If you have any health conditions, like back or neck problems, heart issues, or motion sickness, please let the Sky Views Observatory staff know.

  • Edge Walk Specifics

    • The last admission for the Edge Walk is 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
    • Please arrive at least 30 minutes in advance for a smooth check-in process.

  • Accessibility

    Sky Views Observatory can be accessed through The Address Sky View hotel.

Cancelation Policy:

  • We realize that plans can switch. If you find that you can no longer attend your sky view observatory experience, please ensure that you must cancel your ticket through call or message at least 72 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund. Unfortunately, if you forget to cancel your appointment, we are not able to refund your payment.
