Know Before You Go

  • When visiting Sky Views Observatory, guests should dress modest in comfortable clothing (avoid flowy dresses and skirts, flip flops, or any kind of long and loose clothing). Please tell the Sky Views Observatory staff of any health conditions, which may be relevant to your visit.

  • Please note minors under 18 years require the consent of their parent/s in person.

  • Weight requirements for this experience is: 50 to 100 kg.

  • Height requirements for this experience is: Between 130 – 210 cm.

  • Sky Views Observatory Dubai can be accessed via The Address Sky View hotel.

  • For the Edge Walk, please note that the last admission time/entry to Edge Walk is 30 Minutes before the booked time. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled visit.

  • Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.

Cancelation Policy

  • For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the start time of the experience.
