Welcome to Five Star Tourism. By using or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding.
2. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings must be paid in full or as a deposit, as specified at checkout.
- Prices may change; however, once your booking is confirmed, the quoted price is honored.
- Accepted payment methods: [e.g., credit card, PayPal].
3. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour may be refunded (minus processing fees, if applicable).
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start or for “no-shows.”
- Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability and a 25% surcharge of the original booking amount.
- Some packages may include non-refundable components, as specified in the booking confirmation.
4. Responsibility During Tours
- Please take care of your own health and personal safety during tours and activities, as Five Star Tourism will not be responsible.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of UAE.
- In case of disputes, both parties agree to seek resolution through arbitration or courts located in the UAE.
6. Modification of Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the current version. Your continued use confirms agreement.
