1. Introduction

Welcome to Five Star Tourism. By using or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be paid in full or as a deposit, as specified at checkout.
Prices may change; however, once your booking is confirmed, the quoted price is honored.
Accepted payment methods: [e.g., credit card, PayPal].

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled tour may be refunded (minus processing fees, if applicable).
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start or for “no-shows.”
Rescheduling within 24 hours is subject to availability and a 25% surcharge of the original booking amount.
Some packages may include non-refundable components, as specified in the booking confirmation.

4. Responsibility During Tours

Please take care of your own health and personal safety during tours and activities, as Five Star Tourism will not be responsible.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of UAE.
In case of disputes, both parties agree to seek resolution through arbitration or courts located in the UAE.

6. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the current version. Your continued use confirms agreement.
