Dress Code & Weather Recommendations

• Dress appropriately for each tour setting: lightweight, breathable clothing for desert and coastal tours; modest attire for religious and cultural attractions.
• The weather can fluctuate—especially in the desert or mountainous areas—so layering is recommended. Don’t forget sunglasses, hats, and sunscreen for daytime tours.

2. Health & Safety

• Prioritize safety: inform us of any medical conditions before the tour. Some activities, like dune bashing, hiking, or boat rides, may not be suitable for pregnant travelers or those with pre-existing conditions.fivestartourism.org
• We maintain restroom access at major stops across all tours.

3. Child & Age Policy

• Adults: minimum age generally starts from 10 or 12, depending on the activity.
• Children: usually accepted from age 2 up to 10.
• Infants under 2 often require private vehicle arrangements for comfort and safety.

4. Cancellation & Payment Policy

• Free cancellation if notified at least 24 hours in advance.
• No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start or “no-shows.”
• Full payment is required at least 1–2 days before the tour, depending on the package.

5. Booking Flexibility & Variability

• Tour schedules may vary during Ramadan or extreme weather—flexibility is appreciated; we’ll always suggest good alternatives if changes occur.
• Occasionally, official events or venue closures may require route modifications or substitute locations.

6. Facilities & Accessibility

• Facilities such as restrooms, seating, and shade are generally available at major stops.
• Many tours offer comfortable private transportation with hotel pickup and drop-off.
• Some attractions may have limited wheelchair accessibility—please notify us in advance if mobility assistance is needed.

7. Personal Requirements & Preferences

• Dietary restrictions? Let us know ahead of time, especially for tours that include meals or refreshments.
• If you’re interested, we can incorporate optional upgrades—like “At The Top” tickets to Burj Khalifa—into your itinerary (additional costs apply).
