Participation Restrictions:
• Pregnant women are not permitted for safety reasons
• Guests aged 60 years and above are not recommended; participation will be at their own discretion and responsibility
• Families with infants must reserve a private vehicle
Health & Safety Advisory: This combined safari includes thrilling dune buggy rides followed by evening desert activities. It requires a good level of physical fitness and is not suitable for guests with heart conditions, back or neck problems, or limited mobility.
Guest Preparation: Wear sporty, comfortable clothing and closed shoes suitable for buggy rides. Carry sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat for protection. A water bottle and camera are highly recommended to capture the adventure.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
• Cancel within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund
• Bookings become non-refundable after 24 hours
• Rescheduling is possible after 24 hours with a 25% rebooking fee, subject to availability
• No refunds for no-shows or missed tours
