Guest Preparation: Light, breathable clothing is ideal for the desert afternoon and evening. Comfortable shoes are recommended for dune activities. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and a camera to capture the stunning desert sunset.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
• Cancel within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund
• Bookings become non-refundable after 24 hours
• Rescheduling is possible after 24 hours with a 25% rebooking fee, subject to availability
• No refunds for no-shows or missed tours
