• Guests aged 60 years and above are not recommended; participation will be at their own discretion and responsibility
• Families with infants must reserve a private vehicle, as babies are not allowed on shared transfers
Health & Safety Advisory: The morning desert safari includes adventurous dune bashing across golden sand dunes. It is not suitable for individuals with back or neck problems, heart conditions, or other serious medical concerns.
Guest Preparation: Wear light, comfortable clothing suitable for desert mornings. Closed shoes or sandals are recommended for walking on the sand. Don’t forget sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat for sun protection. A camera or smartphone is highly recommended to capture the desert sunrise.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
• Cancel within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund
• Bookings become non-refundable after 24 hours
• Rescheduling is possible after 24 hours with a 25% rebooking fee, subject to availability
• No refunds for no-shows or missed tours
