Important Notes
Pickup Schedule:
Guests can choose from three convenient slots – Morning Cruise (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM), Afternoon Cruise (2:00 PM – 4:00 PM), or Sunset Cruise (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM).
Tour Duration:
Approximately 2–3 hours depending on the chosen cruise (Morning, Afternoon, Sunset, or Moonlight).
Age Policy:
Suitable for all ages, including children. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Participation Restrictions:
Pregnant women and seniors aged 60+ are welcome but should join at their own discretion and responsibility.
Health & Safety Advisory:
Guests must carry a valid ID (passport/Emirates ID) for Coast Guard checks. Alcohol is strictly prohibited onboard. Safety instructions by the yacht crew must be followed at all times.
Guest Preparation:
Smart casual or light clothing recommended. Guests may be asked to remove shoes before boarding. Sunglasses, sunscreen, and a camera are suggested for comfort and capturing moments.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel within 24 hours of booking to receive a full refund
- Bookings become non-refundable after 24 hours
- Rescheduling is possible with a 25% rebooking fee, subject to availability
- No refunds for no-shows or missed tours
