  • Dietary Requirements

    Please share any dietary restrictions or preferences in advance, either via WhatsApp or through the provided form.

  • Tent

    Each tent can accommodate 2 adults and a child under 12 years. Requests for an extra bed for your child should be made in advance.

  • Temperature Fluctuations

    Desert temperatures can vary. We recommend dressing in layers to adapt to changing conditions.

  • Dress Code

    Comfortable clothing is recommended.

  • Medical Conditions

    Please inform us of any existing medical conditions prior to your trip. We are committed to providing a safe and comfortable experience for all our guests.

  • Perks

    Fresh linen and towels will be provided.

  • Tent Allocation

    Tent assignments are at our discretion, but we will accommodate preferences whenever possible.

  • Special Considerations

    For Pregnant mothers and guests with medical conditions, the 4x4 dune drive will be omitted from packages with transfers.

Age policy

  • Minimum Age: 5 years old.
  • Adult: 10+ years.
  • Child Accommodation: Children aged 5-11 can be accommodated on a rollaway bed, subject to prior request.
  • For exclusive private bookings, the minimum age restriction does not apply.
Cancelation Policy

  • We understand that plans can change. If they do, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your activity. We will not be able to process refunds for bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before your activity starts.

  • Full payment for your booking is required at least two days prior to your activity. If payment is not received before the expected date, we reserve the right to cancel your activity.

  • In unforeseen circumstances, we may need to adjust the Evening Desert Safari schedule or cancel the activity. We reserve the right to make such changes and will communicate any alterations in advance whenever possible.
