    Located at Underwater Zoo on Level 2. Boats depart every 10 to 20 minutes, but only carry 10 guests per boat. Departures are subject to availability.

  • Ultimate Experience and Penguin Encounter

    Children under 15 years require an adult aged 15 years and older.

  • Age Restrictions

    Age Restrictions Not admitted children under 2 years of age. No pregnant guests are allowed.

  • Admission

    Free admission for children lower than 2 years of age.

  • Usability

    Wheelchair accessible. Guests can contact one of the Guest Service Desks at Dubai Mall to receive assistance. Complimentary wheelchairs.
